Hello! My name is Annika Ozizmir, and I am an art student at King School in Stamford, CT.

Art has taught me patience and creativity.  Learning to draw hands or use a new medium can be frustrating, but it has always been rewarding.  Planning pieces takes time, and the ideas never come easily.  However, every time I make a new piece, what I am capable of surprises me.  For me, art has always been about self-reflection and challenging myself.
